Postgraduate education in Osteopathy in the Craniel Field

IKO offers postgraduate education for osteopaths/osteopathy students and is led by Lotte Brath Jensen, Certified Osteopath DO, MDO, FSCCO.

At IKO, practical immersion and supervision are prioritized, which is why there is a maximum of 8 participants per instructor on the basic courses, guaranteeing you the attention and assistance you need to develop in the best possible way.

The basic courses explore some of the most fundamental theoretical and practical principles of cranial osteopathy, providing us with a solid foundation for the specialized courses and enabling us to develop a common language for exchanging experiences.

You must have completed the three basic courses before taking the specialised courses, unless you have an M2 from Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.

The special courses delve into different areas or themes, and foreign instructors with high levels of expertise in their respective fields will be added on an ongoing basis.

At IKO, you will quickly see changes in the way you work and think, and you will gain a nuanced understanding of what cranial osteopathy entails and is based on.

“Don’t try to drive the Mechanism through any external force. Rely upon the tide ”

-W.G. Sutherland, Teachings in the Science of Osteopathy

Comments from course participants

"You taught me the beginnings of how much health and wisdom reside in the body and to discover how little physical interaction is needed to encourage profound improvements, to listen attentively to the body and support it kindly and patiently in rediscovering all its inherent life and movement."

-Bettina, holistic massage therapist

"I have gained a different perspective on health and have become more aware of seeing everything that works well in the patient's health and not just focusing on the challenges/problems. This has given me a new perspective and greater confidence in the possibilities for healing."

-Hilde Ramnefjell Dolva, Craniosacral Therapist and Massage Therapist RAB

“For me, it has changed the entire way I treat people in my daily life. My perception of what health and healing are, and how we can help people. I must admit, it is a journey I have only just begun and will certainly never finish.”

- Frederik Bahne, Certified Osteopath M.D.O.
