When you book or reserve a course at IKO and thereby accept the terms and conditions in the registration form in Therapist Booking, you accept the following information.

Payment:

The full amount of the course must be paid upon registration. See the cancellation policy for applicable rules regarding refunds if you are unable to attend.

You can pay with the following cards:

Mastercard, VISA, VISA electron, and American Express.

No account or credit card details are stored in connection with electronic payments. Credit card details are handled exclusively in Terapeutbooking's closed payment system provider's system, and IKO receives no information other than that the payment has been completed.

Cancellation:

If cancellation is made more than two months prior to the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded minus DKK 1,250 including VAT in administration fees.

If cancellation occurs later than 2 months before the start of the course, the course fee will not be refunded.

Course relocation:

If moving more than two months before the start of the course:
The amount paid will be refunded minus DKK 1,250 including VAT in administration costs.

If you move less than two months before the course starts:
This is treated as a cancellation, see above.

A rescheduling is only valid for a maximum of 2 years. After that, the amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation:

IKO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses in the event of insufficient enrolment, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, the course fee will be refunded.

Those who have registered will be contacted by telephone or email in the event of any changes. IKO cannot guarantee that canceled courses will be rescheduled at a later date.

IKO will only refund the course fee in the event of cancellation or postponement of the course.

Unintended incident during course:

You are required to have liability insurance for any accidental incidents you may cause to a colleague in connection with the course.

IKO assumes no responsibility for treatment reactions or injuries that occur during or after courses.

What personal data do we store?

When you register for a course at IKO, we will record your name, address, email address, and telephone number.

IKO is obliged to store your information securely and confidentially. We use a web-based clinic system, TerapeutBooking, which has been specially developed for the healthcare sector and meets the requirements for the storage and handling of sensitive personal information.

If you send an email or text message directly to info@iko.dk / +45 21910358, please note that you should not send sensitive personal information, as this is considered to be unsecured mail and there is a risk that a third party may read the content of the message. Sensitive personal emails sent to you from IKO are sent as secure mail.

Other information about you may also be recorded for billing purposes. This information is recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Disclosure of personal data

No personal data is disclosed.

The information registered by IKO for settlement purposes is exchanged with payment intermediaries to the extent necessary to execute the payments.

How long is your data stored?

Information for billing purposes is stored for as long as necessary for billing, accounting, and tax purposes.

Email correspondence between you and the clinic will be deleted when it is no longer relevant and no later than after one year.

Your rights in relation to personal data

You can gain insight into what information we have registered about you by contacting us. However, we only store the information that you yourself have provided when registering and/or booking courses.

Complaint about the processing of personal data
